Yeah, it's no problem. They deleted some remarks at my request, actually, and left no trace of them. Some confusion was inevitable. I knew what the problem was and didn't take any offense at all.
I've heard pretty decent things about the Basset program, but it's not right for them to market here like that person was doing. If anyone is interested in the Bassett/MidWest Center program I'd strongly recommend checking around used, maybe at Ebay or a local used book store. The price is kind of off-putting. I'm sure they're making loads of money and that's fine, but luckily for us it's perfectly legal to buy used books and CDs!
Oh yes, I have a chevelle - it's good therapy too:) Fun fun.
Oh my gosh I am sooooo soooo sorry. I really gave you the once over. I didn't know that was the case - I hope you understand. Boy was I mad, I have to laugh at myself. Thank you for letting me know the real story - yikes. Interesting note - I bought the Midwest Center for Anxiety tapes and they are collecting dust under my bed. For one thing....they are tapes and I own one last tape player and it's in a car I don't drive much anymore. The other thing is...I also tried reading her book and it honestly did give good advice, but nothing my shrink hasn't told me. It may have some merit, but I don't know. One thing that bothers me is the price. I bought cassette tapes for $400+ ??? It seems a little steep but panic disorder makes you desparate for answers. I would hate to think they are preying on us anxious people. Also, I got a phone call the other day (3 years after buying the dusty tapes) and it was Midwest wanting me to pay $2500 for 24hr online support and some CDs or something. Ok, when you're anxious, 24hr support sounds pretty darn good, but dang that's alot of $$. I said no way and got off the phone. Maybe I should dust off the tapes and try them out. The verdict is still out on this one:)
Thanks again for the clarification - my bad:(
Take care!
This support forum is a good thing but I was looking for a face to face support group in my community. Couldn't find one so that's why I turned to this site. Is anyone interested in forming a support group in th the south Los angeles county, northern orange county areas of California?
Yes, it is a pretty good forum. It's a lot like a support group. I replied to you here, by they way:

Not sure if you'd seen it since it had rolled off the main page.
