Does anyone have a constant feeling of strain when they talk, throat feels tight. It feels like when you are about to cry, that straining in your neck/throat. started about 3 weeks ago, also feels like I am constantly clearing my throat.
Most of the day yes...I get up at 3:30 am and till about 5:30 am, I'm fine cause everyone is sleeping. It gets a lot worse during the day, sometimes it's so bad I have trouble speaking. Well...speaking anxiety overall, but that's another story.
Yeah i used to get that feeling in the beginning when anxiety first started happening in my life. I have no idea how to help it go away because it just away on its own for me but my anxiety got worse...
Just drink lots of water & relax... occupy yourself with things that get your mind off of the feeling
