Tightness in the forhead

just curious about something. I have had GAD for about 3 years now. It got so bad I was bedstead for about 2 months. Now the tightness in chest, difficulty breathing, all of that I kinda know go hand and hand with Anxiety, but I have one thing that I have never read, I have a tightness in my forehead and the back of my head and around my eyes, is this a normal symptom?

Yes, this is so common with anxiety, all your muscles are tight, and the muscles in your forehead are no different. It is a very uncomfortable feeling, but, I assure you, as you calm down, so will the feeling.

Try putting a hot cloth on your forehead, this might help to relax the muscles, I know when I sit is a hot bath, my muscles relax, I hate to get out.
