A sure symptom of anxiety is tingling.  I personally get it in my tongue, cheeks and hands when I am getting an attack....Take deep breaths and remember that no one has EVER died from anxiety!!!!!

I get this also, but its not before a attack, its everyday, been going on for 6 years now, have had lots of tests done, all docs think I;m nuts, well, yeah, but only because of this stupid tingling on my face and nose.  Xanax helps a little, but not alot.

Actually, I do cry alot.  My family thinks I'm nuts.  Its awful, because every time I feel this, I worry, so that means I'm a worry wart all the time. LOL.  My family doc finally last year after hearing me complain of this for 5 years, decided to send me for a brain MRI, cuz I fear MS, it came back normal, then I had ac-spine MRI done, it showed a bulging disk at C-3, sometimes I think that maybe this might be the culprit.  My neuro says no, but after reading so many posts on different websites,  its pretty common with cervical disk problems.  I also get migraines, so thats another theory.  I fear MS because my grandmother had it, she was diagnosed when she was 60.  Take care!!!
