Tingling in hands/arms and feet

Yes I experience this symptom daily.  My feet get cold first thing in the morning and remain cold for the better part of the day.  But late at night my feet begin to warm up and the tingling sets in in my calves and feet.  When I retire to bed a vibrating sensation takes over and has been so intense that I found it difficult to go to sleep.  I get the same sensation in my hand and forearms on particularly stressful days.  I have also had internal tingling (in my body cavity, and around my heart), facial tingling, and sometimes the tip of my tounge.  It is very disturbing, but I try to ignore it and tell myself it's just my body's responce to high adrenaline levels.  Hope this helps!

I hate to post twice, but I forgot to mention that I picked up some Sublingual B12 at GNC (1000ug) and will try that.

I can only say that I have started having some strange tingle in my foot / toes that comes and goes. I will feel nothing at all then I will feel as if something crawled onto my toe or foot, then the sensation goes away - it is barely noticeable, but it is there. I have never had this type of problem before. I don't  take my Klonopin on a regular basis as I think that I don't need to. I am sorry - I wish I could help more. I am suffering from anxieties (more health related type anxieties) which in the past kinda come and goes. Worrying about having a health issue is quite "different" than actually feeling a sensation. In the past, I might "worry" about a health related issue, but never, had any sensation to go with it - so I am with on the exact same question. Can anxiety cause or create a symptom? Well, I had a neurologist tell me last week that the mind is powerful. BTW - I had my hands check for ulnar nerve damage. I don;t uderstand myself how anxieties can make a hand or foot or toe have a tingling sensation. Maybe someone else here can help !

I have experienced tingling and numbness in my arm and hand when I had anxiety.  I also experienced it in one side of my face one time.

i kinda happends on one hand/arm and then later goes to the other hand/arm
