I am continually encouraged and amazed at the level of participation that we see here in this community! I am glad to see so many people that are willing to share their experiences and offer sound advice to people in need. It says a lot about you and the commitment you show in helping yourself and helping others.
As a community, we also must remember that none of us are doctors or licensed therapists. We can all share in our experiences and learn from each other, but we cannot state for a fact if someone does/does not need medications or tell someone they have 'mild' anxiety...we all experience anxiety in different ways.
What we can do is offer our advice and our opinions. People here have credibility because we all share and go through these commonCommon cold experiences. Please continue your level of participation and continue to help our fellow members here in this community!
I guess I have exceeded the line yesterday as I got a warning for that from Emily.
I told her I would no longer give advice, but actually I gave advice again today.
I hope that the way i structure my advice will be within the rules of this forum from now on. If not, please delete my posts (or the harmful part of my posts),
and make me aware if and when my adjusted behavior to the forum rules have not been enough.
I believe medhelp forums can be of great help to many people.
They are awesome.
