nov 17th 2011 4.0 mg x since Nov 2009 2 yrs gradual use.
cut to 3.5 x with 10 mg valium (ashton manual)
every two weeks since or so ive cut by .25 or .5
2/25/12 at 1.25 mg x w/ 30 mg v
2/26/12 NO MORE XANAX @ 45 MG PER DAY OF V!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4/8 holding  40mg v...making a cut hopefully to 35 in two weeks
4/20 no weed smokin lol down to 35 mg v, Doctors today to discuss
