Trazodone for Anxiety?
I just got put on Trazodone for my Anxiety. I didn't know it could also treat Anxiety since it is an Antidepressant, and also used for a Sleep Aid. Has anyone been on this to treat anxiety? If so did it work well for you?

I have trazadone for sleeping. It is ok for me. But as the other comment said it will make you sleepy and tired the next say but that is only of you take it late at night and it didn't have time to get out your system. Of though take it early enough to pretty it run it's course it could be good. But I don't take it for my anxiety. I have buspar for that. And ask meds will take a while to start to work and they will effect everyone differently. Hope it works for you of not fret it's just that it may take time to find what works for your body.. ..
I have used it before for a sleep aid .. for night time anxiety. It worked good for me for that but sometimes I was too sleepy the next day. I have a friend who takes it for anxiety and it seems to be working good for her.
