Tremors and Body Jerks

Hi there, My name is Liz, im 21 yrs old, weigh 271 pounds. I have OCD and Hypochondria, anxiety/panic attacks. I recently tried about 6 different meds in about 2 months, First LUVOX 50MG THEN 25 MG for about a week, PEXEVA 20 MGS for about 14 days, PAROXETINE 19 MG for about 14 days and ZOLOFT 25MG for about 7 days... in the mean while i started LAMICTAL still 25mg on the starter pack and clonazepam .5 mg here and there...
My question is, after taking LUVOX i started feeling tremors, first only about twice a day for about a month, then about half a day and now all day. only when im at rest i dont feel them i feel that they are getting worse and now i even feel my hands jerking suddenly and my face etc... i also feel extreme agitation which wasnt there before. i feel extremely sick i am wondering if it is due to the pills or something really is wrong here with me. I truly feel that it is proggressing little by little my whole body is jerking off and on and i try to relax by meditating, going for walks, going to the beach etc... im scared and my primary physician will not refer me to a Neurologist.
I tried posting on neurology but its full there, so i figured that if i have anxiety maybe its related.

tremors that dont go away and please beleive me im not exagerating...

any help will be appreciated!

Liz

I too get that shakey feeling that won't go away.  I think it's because after I get really anxious my adrenaline levels remain really high for a while as it takes some time for the levels to come back down on their own.  When I have been really shakey and trembly in the past, the only thing that helps to stop it is aerobic exercise or taking a long brisk walk.  I agree with heartflutters, get checked out by your doctor to ease your mind.  Hope this helps and that you felt well today.
