URggent help needed

Please help I am gettin in bad shape...it started with my neck muscle went numb on front right side of neck...then pulling feelin on right side of face...then now both sides of face and when tap cheeks you can feel a nervcy kind of thin gouing from ears to eyss....sinuses in head are full, and around ears and in ears feels like pressure coming out...starting to get into panic attck....looked on webmd and it said it could only be a steroke...

it sounds like a sinus infection. i've had a million of them. probably an ear infection too. you should see your dr. to find out for sure. they can also give you antibiotics for this. i hope you feel better soon. take care. remar
