Uncomfortable

Hi. I have had a history with panic and anxiety attacks since I was a child maybe 5 years of age, I'm 18 now. I've been on medication for about 5 or 6 years. I'm taking Nardil, Lamictal, Ranitidine for acid reflux, Risperdal for Bi-Polar, Rozerum for sleep, lorazepam for panic attacks as needed and Singular  and loratidine for sinus and allergy (I think thats it) they have been working like a charm but recently for the past 2 or 3 days I have been feeling rather sickly.

My symptoms include, a dazy and dreamlike feeling, detached, heart racing, hands shaking, wobbly legs, pressure on the side of my temples, stiff neck and pressure on the back of the eyes. The funny thing is, when I'm busy and doing something like cleaning I feel ok, but when I'm watching tv or sitting on the couch, I start feeling like this and it usually only happens during the evening hours. I know that nardil is a sensative drug so my question is could I possibly be eating or drinking something that trigged these effects? Or could this be a panic attack? Any ideas at all? This is really scaring me and I have considered going to the hospital a few times but am also scared their not going to help! What should I do?

It could be a panic attack, but it could also be side effects of the meds you are on.  Double check and make sure you are taking them correctly.  Have you been taking the same meds for years or changed recently?  There are a good bit of meds you are taking and we can make mistakes.  To me, it would be scarier to sit at home not knowing than the hospital telling me it's just a panic attack and then send you home.  I don't know your history, but don't let yourself be scared of the idea of going to the hospital.  Take care and hope you figure it out and feel better!
