Varicose Veins

Has anyone ever had the following procedures? Would like to have some feed back as to how safe it is and how painful it is.
1. Endovenous laser
2. Ligate/strip
3. injection therapy of veins

My son had the ELT and and although it was a painful recovery (7-10 days...and he won't take pain meds) he is very happy that he had it done. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for that information! I do not take pain meds either unless REALLY needed!
