Ask for leave and see a doctor. May be we are having the same problem.
All the best!
"thank you for your answer, probably not the answer I was hoping to hear but it is the truth and I have to accept it."
Yes, it's tough, we want a quick fix, an easy answer, and there really isn't one I'm afraid. That doesn't mean there aren't ways to address the anxiety if indeed that's what you're dealing with. To do it right, you need to get your doctor involved, be assessed, and then talk shop about how to move forward.
"I think I'm suffering from social anxiety. I think I've made a good first step in admitting my problem for the first time in my life, and it seems that I should see a doctor as soon as possible."
I think you're probably right. It's great that you took that first step and want to do something about it! Keep us informed on how you're doing and what the plan is!
Hang in there, you're among people who understand!

It's not okay to take your mother's medication. For one, the kind of drug she takes will likely make you feel worse rather than better. It's something that has to be taken for a while before effects are seen. Also, this is a prescription medication with many considerations, and it should ONLY be taken after discussion with your doctor, and after weighing all of the pros and cons.
This is a medication that is banned in the US and other countries, so beyond what I told you above, I can't tell you much more about it. There are MANY different prescription meds out there, which is why you need the help of a doctor to choose one that would be the best fit for you, if you even NEED medication. Therapy would probably be a better starting place as you clearly haven't tried anything yet. You need to be seen by your doctor anyway if you haven't lately, to rule out a possible medical cause for how you're feeling.
Sorry, but you're just going to have to make time to see your doctor so you can get some help, the right way. Turning to someone else's pill cabinet is NEVER an answer.
