Vision and anxiety

Hi, I was just wondering who here has problems with seeing spots/floaters with anxiety? What do you see?

LOL, this is bugging me this morning in fact.  I've had floaters for 20 years now and I'm really not sure if they have anything to do with anxiety, although they can CAUSE anxiety just because they're so annoying.  Sometimes I'm not sure if it's a floater I see or a gnat buzzing in front of my face.  I was really upset when this first happened, but after all these years I've kind of gotten used to them.

Floaters are usually nothing to worry about.  The best thing to do is make and appt. with your eye dr. and have it checked, and I'm betting you will feel better about it.  Good luck.

Well that was silly of me not to mention that the EYE DOCTOR was the one who told me the spots were floaters and sleeplesss is right, they're nothing to worry about.

i suffer with anxiety i have done now for 4 months. i recently got floaters this week.. is this normal? im scared as im very short sighted and i herd they could be a sign of detaching retina. i also get one sided headaches .. like tension headaches which are realted to the anxiety i think. i also get muscle pain. i have an appointment booked with my optitian,

anyone have answers? xxxx
