Ok I have seen a few people saying that they take Vitamin B for anxiety...could someone explain this to me...what does it help with? How often do you take it?

hey, some ay it helps with stress , i had mine tested it was low and i was in anxiety big time , so stared taking a shot every week for 8 weeks, got it back to where it should be .... could not tell any difference, still had anxiety and it did nothing for me . so who knows. i still take a b-12 vit just because mines low but it really did nothing for me . but never hurts to try . good luck
