WEIRD BREATHING PROBLEMS AT NIGHT?

I have been having these weird breathing problems at night right when i fall asleep i wake up because i feel like i cant breath. I hate it it has happend every night for the last week. And it will go on all night as soon as i fall asleep i wake up because i cant breath and my hart will race . Im going crazy and dont know what to do .

Some of my worst bouts with anxiety used to come at night when there are less distractions to occupy the mind with.  Panic can set in at any time; have you gotten this checked out by your doc?

Well cj29 couldn't have said it better!  I agree 110%!  Night time is the worst for most people who suffer from anxiety....our minds travel more because we just laying there with nothing to occupy our minds with.  I would certainly see a doctor and talk to them...they are not going to think you are crazy!  Your fears will be put at rest!  Wishing you the best of luck and keep us informed.

i feel the same thing at night, usually though when im starting to fall asleep or just starting to wake up i have the sensation that i cant breathe especially when i sleep on my left side or my back, when i get up in the morning i am so freaked out by the sensation that i feel like im going to faint! its a horrible sensation at first i thought it had gone away but last night it did it again! i feel like im going nuts all the time! The doctors have looked at my throat and ears and said there is nothing physically wrong with me, i hate it :(
