Hang in there. I used to have similar fears. Then learned how to be calm and ok with being alone. It took time, and encouragement from my daughter. Meds help. Check in with doc.
thank you for all your guy's comments its awesome to know your not alone in the battle to stay alive thank you i will keep everyone posted
I get the same reaction when my kids leave to school or my husband leaves for work. I find that I'm by myself- i hate it - it is so paralyzing I don't even get anything done. then on top of that I have guilt for putting my family thru - like they can't leave me alone. I told a couple friends and then I told my doctor. It's a panic attack d/t depression (which comes in all weird forms) I've been on meds and it has helped a LOT. I have more control of my emotions. Talk to somebody!! talk to your doctor. there is help out there. good luck.
Have you had anxiety issues in the past? Have you talked this over with your doctor? There are many avenues to take when dealing with this. Don't get down on yourself though; realize that millions of people go through this....and get through it! Keep us posted!
