Weak legs from anxiety

I'm a 28 year old male and I have been suffering from a lot of anxiety since October of 2015.  Recently I always feel very week in the legs and its a very weird feeling.  It gets worse if I'm stressing out to the point I begin to worry more.  Does anyone else get this or does anyone have any advice on how I can help to get rid of this weird feeling in my legs?

Your cortisol levels are too high try a herb called rhodiola Rosea. Weak in the legs might have gone away but will come back and other symptoms associated with anxiety. Idk if your had a panic attack but they aren't fun. Exercise and taking care of yiur gut, like what you put in yiur body is crucial for anxiety.

Sorry for the late reply LRon,  I appreciate it,  I haven't logged in in since.  My symptoms have gone away but the symptom that I've had consistently now is left side  chest discomfort for the past 3 month, and now this is stressing me out.  I hope this goes away eventually too.

Anxiety has a way of messing with us physically. The best advice I can give you is to ignore it. In fact, I suggest putting yourself to the test. When your legs feel weak, do some deep-knee bends, go running, whatever. Either one of two things will happen: You'll discover you have a problem with your legs and know you need to get looked at (highly unlikely) or anxiety is messing with you (much more likely). DARE anxiety to cause your legs to collapse. Give it every opportunity to make it happen. You'll prove anxiety to be the filthy liar that it is.
