Weakness?

If you worry yourself so much over a few intense situations or possible situations.. can you create joint stiffness and constant joint stiffness or muscle weakness?

I don't know about stress/worry causing joint PAIN. I know it can create sore muscles from holding yourself in a tense position, and it can certainly cause tension headaches. I would try some Aleve or another anti-inflammitory for a day or two and see if that helps. If not, I strongly suggest a trip to a rheumatologist to rule out arthritis. You don't say how old you are, but arthritis is an EOE. Good luck and keep us posted!

I'm only 24 and have been concerned about a possible disease I may have altho I haven't been tested.  And I've been worrying non stop about it and for the past few days the worrying has gotten worse with the general weak legs.  Now the weak legs are turning into stiffness in the knees and joints in hands.
