Weight Loss WHILE ON Paxil

I have been on Paxil for about 6-8 months and it has worked good for my anxiety. But, the weight gain is terrible and I want to lose the weight. But, I would like to continue taking the Paxil, if I can do both at the same time.

My question: Would Adderall help me lose weight while on Paxil? I wouldn't mind taking a stimulant to lose weight since Paxil made me gain it. I take stimulants anyways just to stay awake on Paxil so I would just be substituting 10 cups of coffee/day for Adderall

I am on Paxil. 30mg/day. I seem to have just the opposite affect. I am losing weight and have NO appetite. I also take Adavan for anxiety. It could be depressing my appetite.

Have you noticed sudden- or eventual changes in your eating habits since starting the Paxil? Do you have possible other underlying conditions such as nervousness or excess stress. Some people eat when stressed...I starve myself.

I'd suggest exercise.  It worked for me when I was on paxil. ;)
