Weird stuff?

I have anxiety. I sometimes get like a SHOCK sensation in my throat and feel my throat moving or closing up. It only lasts like two seconds but it really scares me. I dont feel a lump on throat. I just feel like a shock wave in my throat. I know it sounds crazy but thats what I feel. Is this normal with anxiety? Has anyone else had this sensation?

imagine feeling this in your whole body. this is what i feel all over and it does drive you crazy. Anxiety can start symptoms from you just hearing about it. the mind is a strong thing my friend.

With anxiety, any new symptom should be discussed with your doctor before assuming it's due to your anxiety.  Your throat won't just close up on you, so relax as far as that is concerned.  See your doctor and go from there.
