Wellbutrin SR Have questions please!

Hi everyone, well I was on lexapro for 3 months no problems with it just that I gained weight 15 pds to be exact so my doctor per my request change my prescription to Wellbutrin directions 150mg twice a day well because I read that it may make you stay awake I started taking it on Sat. morning so Sat, Sun and Today just once a day Sat I was fine went out had to much to drink (I have to be honest) Sunday I was so sick but it was because of the drinking (I think) I didn't eat anything yesterday, today I took it at 8 am and I don't feel good at all I have this pressure on the back of my head and I'm trying to catch my breath is weird feeling all morning and still don't feel good.
So is that normal to feel this way after starting Wellbutrin? I have to add that I also started taking this appetite supresant over the counter called size 0 not sure if you are familiar with it, I know I'm so stupid I'm not taking the size 0 no more.
Please help me with this.

Thanks for your information and you are absolutely right about drinking and taking medication that was a real stupid thing to do specially when I had just started a new medication that I don't know anything about. I'm starting to feel a little better but I have this pain on the side of my head and also in the back of my head I really didn't know what anxiety was until now boy lol if this is.

Combining Wellbutrin with a large quantity of alcohol and using over the counter diet pills seems like a temporary lapse in judgement.

Wellbutrin is usually well tolerated, but if your symptoms continue or get worse in the next 24 hours, I would recommend you contact your doctor, but for now I suspect you just need some rest.

Also, call your doctor at once if you have any new or worsening symptoms such as: mood or behavior changes, anxiety, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, or if you feel impulsive, irritable, agitated, hostile, aggressive, restless, hyperactive (mentally or physically), more depressed, or have thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself.

I just started taking wellbutrin xl on Thursday. First day felt great, jittery but good. The second day I noticed increased anxiety. Sat and Sunday I was anxious all day and today at work I flipped out! I thought I was going to have a seizure or something. My anxiety level was so high. I ended up taking an ativan and eventually calmed down. I do not plan on taking the medication any further.
I know you are not suppose to drink alcohol or taking certain meds with wellbutrin so I would be careful if you continue to take it.
