Wellbutrin xl

Can you please tell me if Wellbutrin XL will help with anxiety issues.  Or can the medication Cymbalta be of better use?  Thank you

My doctor just put me on Wellbutrin the generic brand for my anxiety and it take 3 weeks to start working, your not suppose to gain weight from it that is why I went on it instead of those SSRI's like paxil, zoloft and prozac. Yesterday was my first day so we will see. But it is used for anxiety.

I still dont understand how wellbutrin is supposed to work for anxiety, because it is actually a stimulant..
I was on it for about 2 years when I was a kid for anger issues. I didnt find much benefit from it, but I guess everyones different

I am on my 3rd day now with generic wellbutrin, it doesn't cause me any simulation, only headaches which I hope will go away after awhile and dry sinuses. I have dropped 3 lbs already and am looking forward to another 20 pounds. I was on amitriptiline for 7 years and I am also taking 10-20 mg just for a week till the budeprion kicks in and then I will be off of amitriptiline. That was a real weight gainer medicine, I would have never gained 30 pounds if I had never been on that stuff. It was a good medicine if it was for the weight gain. I felt good on it and it helped me sleep.

MY DR. PUT ME ON  BUDEPRION XL 150  IM ALSO TAKING LEXAPRO   WAY  BOTH ISNT ONE ENOUGH?    AND WHY DO THEY MIX THEM .  CAN I TAKE BOTH AT ONCE?
