i can only give you an idea of what i go through, i get agitated easier, sweaty palms, a bit shaky, take shorter faster breaths and my heart rate goes quite high. i think that mostly it depends on the person so if your having troubles go see your doctor...

What are some of the symptoms you are experiencing? Anxiety is different in every person and the underlying cause whether it be a deep rooted fear or a number of other causes it can manifest into physical symptoms which again are numerous. It really can be anything. It is usually what you fear. Not to belittle your post and/or add a little comic book detail with it, but it makes me think of Scarecrow in Batman. He preys on your worst fears with his toxins. That is pretty much what anxiety symptoms are.
