I noticed that most my anxiety attacks are from shallow breathing so I was wondering what the common symptoms are that are associated with hyperventilation. Maybe the anxiety and hyperventilation are correlated, and the hyperventilation comes after I start feeling anxious and then after a whole plethora of symptoms start after I start breathing shallowly.
When you breathe in a shallow way you're not getting enough oxygen which can lead to dizziness, shortness of breath, and weakness. Since you are aware of your breathing, try to breathe more deeply and see if it alleviates your symptoms.
