What could this Be:( helllp.

U know when u think of some thing like.. u are going to vommit then u feel it?? because your mind dosnt know the diiference between .. fake and real well my mind is taking control of me i dont know what to do perhaps some advice plz? ohk a long time ago i knew this girl and i hated her and every time i saw her i would get the feeling of shock in my upper stomach !!!!! like when some thing freaks u out u get that fright feeling u know .. and know i have gotten used to feeling it every time and as for me im a hypochondriact so it makes things worse .. now i am not scared about seeing that girl but im scared of the shock im getting .. i fea the fear:( i know its confusing so i get it every second.. and its driving me nuts only because im thinking it will happen or im waiting for it to stop but it gets worse .. what if this feelng im getting could kill me or give me heart stroke. or any thing like that i herd fright can kill i think!! but not too sure thats why it makes things very hard for me plz any one tell me whats going on i know whats going on :( but i need to know what these reactions are going to do to me.. the retaliation because my mind is telling it too? what could happen could i die or maybe get a disece??? any one know plz thankyou
