What is causing constant head rush/nausea/weakness?

I am a 17 year old girl, and I have been working in a very hot foundry casting metal for the entire summer, 6 days a week. In the last 3 days, I have gone through the entire day with a head rush that is constantly there. It spikes to a point where I can barely focus my eyes, but I do not lose my balance. After a second or two, it will die down, and randomly spike again. With this, I have noticed I feel close to vomiting and feel very weak while working. I am eating the normal amount which used to give me energy to get work done. I am slightly underweight, but I have been the whole summer, so I don't see this as a cause. I have been experiencing stress due to college registration, etc. but I'm not sure if that is the cause; similarly, I do also deal with anxiety. I keep myself hydrated at work, drinking 8 cups of water at least per work day, so I know it's not due to dehydration.

It still could be due to insufficient hydration.  The conditions you describe and your particular body might require you to drink more as long as you're doing this kind of work.  If you haven't done this kind of work on a regular basis, you might be worn out temporarily until your body gets used to it.  You also might not be consuming insufficient electrolytes, especially magnesium or potassium.  If you do a lot of dairy the excess calcium might be overwhelming your magnesium.  Try eating a banana while at work and see if that helps.  Eat more leafy green vegetables, a good balanced source of magnesium and calcium.  Make sure you're sleeping enough.  You might need to eat more if you're, again, not used to exerting this much energy in a very hot environment, especially complex carbs such as brown rice that give you long-burning fuel.  A fresh water algae such as spirulina might help with high amounts of chlorophyll and B12.
