What should I look for or try next?

I have hit a wall and not sure which direction to go. I could use some advice and support

First History
31, 6'2" 235 pounds
For 7 years I have suffered from some form of anxiety in the past 2 years the panic and anxiety has been better. I started off with therapy and medication, Lexapro, and xanox with EMDR. The process worked well and I felt pretty good for awhile. Then I got married and my wife and I wanted to have kids. My low sex drive from what I contributed to the drugs sucked so I decide it was time to go off the drugs. The first time I went off Lexapro fast - bad Idea, live and learn. I went back on it then a few months later, went off it real slow and didnt have as much issue as the first time. I am now completely off of SSRIs and I take a xanox(.25mb) every once in awhile when I have an anxiety attack. My wife and I have had a bit of trouble getting pregnant, I got my testosterone tested and it was lower then it should have been so I started testosterone shots, after a couple weeks I felt better then I have in a long long time. Had my testosterone tested again and it was way back up so I stop the shots. Few weeks later I had just eaten some pizza and got super dizzy. ever since I have had some form of dizzy or lightheadedness. I went to an ENT and have had a glucose test (normal), a inner ear and vertigo test(normal), and then I finally had an environmental allergy test, scratch test(highly allergic to dust, mold and moderately to some pollens). When I started all these test I went on an elimination diet to see if I had any food sensitivities, so far I think I have a sensitivity to corn. Ever since I started the diet I have pretty much eaten less and eaten healthier which is a good thing. Through out all this process I have lost around 15 pounds, a good thing.

Currently
I'm taking allergy meds, Clarinex, Nasonex, antihistamine at night and another nasal spray. Again I take a xanox every once in awhile, maybe 1-2 times a week.

I still get and stay lightheaded most the time. Its not as bad in the morning but it mid afternoon it gets the worst then starts to go away late at night, then starts all over again the next day.

Im sick of the light headed pulling sensation I have all the time. Im looking for advice as to what other things I should do or try and maybe what else I should have my doctors check

Things I have done or tried:
Acupuncture - stress relief - love it; believe it has helped me to get off my anxiety meds.
Chiropractor - Enjoy it but not sure of the benefit
Seems like every type of drug: Migrane meds, Fibromyalsha meds, different allergy drugs
Blood test- normal(4 hour glucose test)
VNG- normal (Videonystagmography) - worst test ever, I would give any amount of blood not to go through that again

Current future treatments
Allergy Meds
Hypnosis - not sure of this, have had one treatment
NAET - lady is booked up, cant get in until September yikes, still made an appointment

I know im a hypochondriac in some form, but I wasn't always like this, there used to be a time when when I was carefree and didn't give a care in the world and enjoyed the world too, loved to travel and trying new things. 1 day I seemed to do a 180 and the rest is history. I know that im not making this stuff up im just looking for some advice

My Best and thanks ahead of time
Jamison

You can elevate testosterone more gently with natural remedies, or just waiting for the lingering effects of the medication to wear off.  Herbs like maca and yohimbe can help with the testosterone.  The problem is, higher male energy also means the possibility of increased anxiety.  Double edged sword.  Might just try Chinese ginseng, it might help both the anxiety and the testosterone problem, but it also might be too energetic.  One thing, you've got plenty of time, no need to rush yourself into more anxiety.  The lightheadedness is pretty common to anxiety sufferers, but is also a pretty common side effect of medication, even Xanax, and especially allergy medications.  Might want to go natural on those, too; there are a lot of homeopathic remedies you can try, plus something called moducare that modulates the immune system (allergies are due to an overactive immune system, fighting what isn't actually harmful.  Kind of like anxiety, no?)

Unfortunately, lightedness / dizziness is one of those things that can be caused by just about anything (including allergies and the allergy medication). You seem to have your anxiety pretty much under control, but lightheadedness is a common symptom of anxiety and often shows up as the first or only symptom. But did you have your testosterone levels rechecked after the dizziness started? Maybe discontinuing the shots caused your levels to drop, which brought on the dizziness? Also, did you have blood work to check for thyroid problems, vitamin deficiencies, and anemia?
