Anxiety can carry with it all kinds of symptoms it is so bizarre.
Does anyone get a whirling sensation in the head along with dizziness?
I suffer from GAD and it seems that my symptoms have changed over time.
I feel for you all as anxiety can be so debilitating and frustrating.
I have had so much stress in my life it seems the notches keep going up
in the anxiety department and variations keep popping up....anyone else on
the same page with this?
Take care ....
Hi there I dont really know what you mean when you say wherling sensation? I have what I call my funny head, no pain it just feels weird. tight dizzy of balace feeling, I have it in the house but it does get worse on having to do anything , shopping really anything its making my live hell, please post back and explain how your head feels,
I get the off balance feeling as well. The whirling sensation in the head is
like things are slightly spinning inside my head.
I actually cannot concentrate very well ...
Also whenever I go out and about shopping and being with lots of people around
me it gets worse.I was told by the doctor that our autonomic nervous system is wired directly into the vestibular system (our inner ear) where the balance mechanisms are.
So if there is an issue with anxiety it might affect our balance....makes sense.
I hope this answers your question....
it is hard to explain a sensation to someone even if they might be similar.
Oh anxiety how it likes to steal our sanity sometimes lol
