Why do I feel sensitive to heat, and how do I deal with it?

If I'm in a hot room or a hot car, it's like I can't stand it, where in the past it didn't bother me, same during a heat wave, it used to make me feel relaxed, and I like the sun.

I know I shouldn't be doing it, but I been googling my symptoms, I do have anxiety, heart palpitations which the doctor thought might be because of stress. But I never told him about heat intolerence.

I have some of the symptoms to that of silent thyroiditis but I have not been tested, I am a 28 year old guy, haven't lost much weight although I am underweight.
I also have symptoms generalised anxiety, and possibly health anxiety since symptoms I read with health concerns tend to mimic what I read online.

I don't know what to do, could it all just be anxiety? wearing the wrong clothing i.e jeans during the summer making me feel fatigued and exhausted?
What about feeling light headed during excercise, are these natural sensations which I am over reacting to?

I do get depression and anxiety now and then, but meditation helps it go away, no hand tremors anymore. The anxiety and depression get worse when worried about things or tired. I get excited for no reason too!
As for heat I used to like it, this year I feel sensitive and uncomfortable around it as soon as I feel breathless...

is it worth seeing a doctor about? Or am I wasting their time?

we can't diagnose you from here, so your doctor is the only place for a proper diagnosis, to see if your heat worries are really a problem.

I'll just add, this became a problem for me when I developed my anxiety disorder, and as AnxiousNoMore above so wisely tells people, when you're feeling anxious you just focus on things more than you would do otherwise.  And stay off Google.  So many symptoms match so many diseases.  Google is best used after you've been diagnosed to make sure your doctor isn't a quack, but it can't tell you what's wrong or if anything is wrong by just Googling symptoms.
Thanks for your answer, phoned the surgery yesterday, nurse told me it's just anxiety and heat makes your heart beat fast and all that, keep telling her my others symptoms including feeling nervous and depressed all the time, and light headed and acid reflux (don't know if she thought I was finding excuses or something) and told me to call therapy they can only do something after I been assessed. So will have to wait till after my holiday for a therapist.
Also consider that some people don't like heat more than others. I hate driving with one friend who turns off the heater and drives with the window down in winter.
