Why do I get a fuzzy feeling in my head as soon as I sit down in a car?

Hello, my name is Dylan, I am 12, and new to this website.

So, for the past few years, I haven't been feeling very well the second I get in a car. I have had this feeling ever since my concussion in 2011. My head just gets an unexplainable feeling, like my brain is just... numb? I don't get lightheaded or feel like I'm going to pass out, but I do feel like I'm going to throw up. I have done tons of research on it, but have not found anything. It is probably linked to, I don't know, medical conditions or something. Here are some problems or past problems I had or have:

-Like I said, I got a concussion, but it was on my birthday while my friend was there, so it was pretty traumatic for him, let alone my family.
-Sticking to my concussion, I did not eat a lot, and when I was recovering, I got, like, 5x my appetite back. I went from 85 lbs. to 120 lbs.
-Here's how it happened: I hit my elbow on the back of my chair. I must've had a bad reaction to the pain, because I had an unconscious seizure. My mom said I had extended my arms and legs straight out, and was crying. The next thing I know, I was laying on the floor with this horrible throb covering my head. Apparently, I had just fell 3 feet flat on my face on tile floor, and ended up with a concussion. I had an EEG and many other tests following that day.

-I have ADHD, and have had 3 straight years of TORTURE of teachers disliking me and my energy.

-I have depression. My bestbestbest BEST friend, Timmy, moved away to Las Vegas, so I barely have time to talk to him, due to the differentiations in the time zones. I am extremely depressed because of that.
-My English student teacher's last day was on December 13, and he was basically a 24-year-old version of Timmy, so that was really hard for me, also.

-I do not have anxiety, nor do I think I have it.

-I get head rushes. Constantly. All the time is just stand up, get dizzy, see spots, sit down, get up. I hate it.
-My parents have checked my blood pressure a few times, and I'm fine by those means.

-I get migraines from time to time.

-I have been getting headaches almost as often than my head rushes. I get headaches around my occipital region almost every day, and it really, really hurts.

My teachers think I am a great student. I am handling my energy pretty well. I am very smart, and am a straight A student. When I am feeling sad or depressed, my mom is the one to console me. She handles it very well.

I can't think of anything that could be it. I have told my psychiatrist, and first he said I could be having seizures, but I do not get confused, so he said it might not be. Then he said I might be clostrophobic, but I have been in way tighter spaces. I have no idea what it could be, and I am pretty scared. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

After that comment, I had realized I left out a few things. I am on ADHD medicine and Anti-Depressant. But thank you so much. All I needed was at least an idea of what I was getting at, and you gave me more than that. Thanks again.

Many people with anxiety are hypochondriacs, so I wouldn't be shocked if you have some sort of anxiety. this is likely childhood anxiety, and hopefully you will grow out of it.  Your friend moving must have been hard/stressfull.  As far as getting light headed I get that too when i stand up to quickly after sitting down, I believe this happens to a lot of people.  I'm not sure what to say about your concussion. But it does sound like you have some form of deression/anxiety... Talk to your parents about this, and a doctor. I first started meds when I was 12... I was a big hypochondriac then, still am.... Try to get it under control now. you are so young.  I bet some of this stuff you are overthinking too as many hypochondriacs do... Not saying you are making this stuff up, but us hypos overthink little things the average joe wouldn't think twice about.  You''ll be ok kid.

Just adding to the first paragraph, I feel kind of... distant. Far off. Like my head is in the clouds.

Adding to my problems, I am a BIG hypochondriac. A germaphobe. I'm always thinking things like, "Oh my God... I think I have (whateverwhatever)... Is it serious? Am I going to have to do something about it?"
