Why does it feel like my body is trying to wake me up from a coma/dream?

I'm only 12 and I've been having this for some year now. My vision will black out and I will suddenly start to feel like I'm floating like there's nothing underneath my feet and I struggle to grab on to something so I don't fall. I will usually look down to the floor while holding on to something like u would do if u ran out of breath. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute to go away then my day is normal again. But a weird feeling that I get with it is I end up getting light headed my head also starts to feel like it's pounding. I have thought of the theory that I'm stuck in a coma and this is only a false world. I know that it's not true but still.
I don't know what's happening and I don't know why either but I'm afraid that something bad might happen.

Nothing bad is gonna happen to you. I'm been having the same feelings . It's only panic attacks. But I know how scary it is. Hopefully you will start feeling normal again soon. Good luck & God bless.

I agree with Joanie, I experienced these regularly when I entered college working full time. I was given a heart monitor and diagnosed with panic attacks. It's likely a panic attack.
