Will this last forever

I am so glad I am not one.  This first started a week ago and I woke up in a panic attack and I thought I was having a heart attack.  Heart rasing, hot flashes and acid reflux or heartburn.  I went to the er and they did a EKG and MRI and my heart is good, they did say my potassium was extremely low.  All week long I have been having little episodes then on Friday I ended up in the emergency room again and same thing happened they did another EKG and everything was fine.  Again my potassium was low.  They gave me an anxiety medicane through my IV and with in 20 mins all my systems were gone.   I don't have chest pains when this happens but my heart rate has gone way to hign twice.   They put me on an anxiety medicane because they think that the first episode scared me so much that I am two intuned to what my body is doing.  They are going to check my throid tomorrow, but they think mine is associated with all the stress I have been under.  I just got married in June and my husband and I got pregnant in July then I lost the baby,  They also think the potassium level being low has something to do with it.  Will I be affected with this for the rest of my life?  How will it be possible for us to have kids if I have to stay on anxiety medicane in order to control these?   It is nice to see that I am not alone with this

What your going through does sound like anxiety. You just got married not long ago and we all know planning a wedding can be very stressful. I'm so sorry you lost your baby. Have you thought about counseling? It might do you a world of good. considering what you've been through. No, I don't think you have to be on meds the rest of your life. If you get in to counseling to deal with your problems and learn coping skills that would be really good. We're here for you.  Remar
