yes all the time. i can think of a future event that i would be participating in and work myself up into a frenzy over all that could happen going, being and coming home from there.
This morning, I was working around the house and was distracted from my thoughts. As soon as I stopped working, I began to think about anxiey and how i could get an attack sometime today. i began to feel very anxious and fidgety thinking i would have an attack.
i am trying to turn this thought process around to thinking positive. But while in the "A" mode, it is very difficult to imagine anything positive.
