Xanax withdrawl(withdrawal) a few days after my last dose, should I go back on it...

Xanax withdrawl(withdrawal) a few days after my last dose, should I go back on it? Need help...Please!

I stopped it last week really but then took one dose on Sunday afternoon .25mg...

Been having severe symptoms severe drowsyess, insomina, detachment, anxiety, no coornation, I can't even cook for myself because i'm so shaking...I have a digestive issue on top of this please read my other post as well...I'm going crazy...if I go back on it will the symptoms go away???????? I can't even drive and i'm driving my family crazy

Worst is the head pressure and brain fog...I want to be what I was last week...will going back on it taking away the symptoms or should I truck on????

You should start taking it again. Xanax withdrawl (withdrawal) can cause seizures if stopped cold turkey. The wd symptoms that you're experiencing will last for a long time as well. The best way to get off xanax is to taper it slowly. The digestive issues are prob from the withdrawl (withdrawal) too. When I went cold turkey from xanax for 3 days I was severly nauseated, had uncontrollable shaking, tremors, insomnia, and uncontrollable muscle spasms. That was in addition to the nonstop anxiety and panic attacks. Start taking it again.

Yes the DR's tell you to take Benadryl for withdrawl (withdrawal) of any pill, it takes the edge off and helps you sleep also..2 At bedtime..THEY DO WORK

Take Bendadryl for sure..Will help with withdrawls and also help you sleep. I take 50mg at bedtime..Takes ME 2 hrs for them to kick in since I also have ADHD so they sometimes wake me up but most people they knock out and help with any narcotic withdrawl (withdrawal)..GOOD luck:)
