ZOLOFT JUST STARTED

Well for you all that know me, things going ok overall, for you all that do not, I have open Journal entries. (do not want to repeat here.

Anyway Been off Xanax x 5weeks, been in CBT x 7 weeks, the choice was mine to go off xanax and also to start zoloft this week!

keeping a Journal on my zoloft and MY side effects, I had some ups and downs from trip back to Nebraska, my plan of not working for 2 yrs. is changed to a year, I need to get out!! maybe part time. can't seem to start my plan of looking to volunteer, want to work in Hospital, feel safer, not sure if that is healthy (CBT) anyway, this is where I am at now, overall have done a 360 from when Panic Attacks came back after 8 yrs. last Aug. 2008.

Note last time I had panic attacks (way worse then this round) I fought taking zoloft 4 ever, for me that was the Biggest mistake, then I finally gave into zoloft and with the zoloft (last time) I got off xanax then really got my life back, then weamed off zoloft. So lets see how this goes, thanks for all your support.
