Zoloft Q

Ive been having anxiety/panic attacks recently out of the blue. I was also prescribed zoloft 50mg once a day and buspar 10mg 3 times a day. For the first few days, These pills made me feel worse than I started. I havent done enough research on these meds and now have decided to cut them after 5 days. It's been almost 2 days since last taking the pills. Will I have withdrawal symptoms? Thinking about withdrawals is making me anxious... I will try therapy first and save meds for last resort. Thank you.
