Zoloft Withdrawal Symptoms?

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl who has been taking up to 100 mg of Zoloft for anxiety/panic for a month or so. Recently we decided to go off of it because I thought it was what was causing me to have unwanted thoughts. I was prescribed Prozac, which I had taken before (I wasn't very consistent with it though) and so I have been taking less of the Zoloft and more of the Prozac. Every four days, I take 25 less of the Zoloft and I am slowly going up to at least 10 mL of Prozac. Right now I'm at 5 mL of Prozac and 25 mg of Zoloft, and yesterday I started to gag horribly. Since then I haven't felt any better. I keep gagging and have a hard time eating or drinking because of it. What makes things worse is I have a fear of vomiting. Other symptoms I have are diarrhea, a mild stomachache, sweating, shaking, numbness in the hands, difficulty swallowing, etc. I don't have a fever (unless my thermometer is wrong) but to myself I feel really hot. I would really like to know if these are withdrawal symptoms that will go away, if it may be something else, or if I should go off of Zoloft slower. If anyone else has something like this please share! Thanks!

These could be withdrawal, but could be other things, too.  Time to talk to your psychiatrist, and if this is a general doc and not a psychiatrist, do this with a psychiatrist.
