Daughter went through this, then went back down in dose but never felt well. Said she like at first but after the 150 it was not good, then 100 not good, said terrible withdrawl which must be done with good DR help, was going to stay on the 50 because was too hard to get off. About 3 months later she made some time off and sweated it out to get off. She actually cut them down until they were pieces.
Best of luck yet if you have been on awhile please consult dr about going off, has thing called serotonin withdrawl syndrom.

Sorry, I just saw that you increased your dose on 3/24. You should have noticed at least some improvement by now. I would recommend notifying your doctor to see if maybe you went up too high, too fast. It may be as simple as bumping your dose down to 125. See what your doc says and let us know.
Hello and welcome!
Yes, it IS normal to experience a surge in anxiety after a dosage increase of Zoloft. How long ago did you increase it? Usually those side effects will start to improve after a week or two, and then resolve completely shortly after that.
Hang in there and keep your doctor abreast of what's going on!
