Zoloft

Anyone out there been on Zoloft before gone off it and had it work going back on it? Just wondering??

Then you ought to inform your doctor of the same as there is no reason to start it again 'just for the heck of it'.

- Unless you are using it in combination with something else and the combination has not been tried before.
- Unless you have made some major life changes related to your illness (e.g. quitting drug or alcohol abuse, change in environment, etc.)
- Unless you have at ONE point said to your physician that zoloft was working positively and at this point nothing else seems to work.

Thanks, I am just worried that it is not gonna work as it pooped out on me last August at 200mg!!

It is very common for people that take SSRIs to go off of it at some point.  We start to feel good and decide we don't need it anymore only to find out that the whole reason we felt good was because we were taking the medication.  Hope you are doing well going back on it.  If you are having problems, let us know.
