I'm male and was ina freak out health anxiety scare and got them bad one day. They went away and never came back. It could just be normal anxiety
Check your blood pressure. Sometimes when your BP is up you can feel hot all over, like you are having a fever at times.
Are you and meds for anxiety?? If so, it is likely that which is causing the "hot flashes"....it's quite common actually when you're on anti-depressants. Years ago, when taking anti-depressants for post-partum depression, I was getting these so bad that on a -20* day I could walk outside and STILL break out in a sweat!! Docs thought I was going thru early menopause & had me tested...found out that it was all the anti-depressants. I get them now again after being put on meds for anxiety...not as bad, but I still get them...they suck!!!
Hey Brandon -- yes this used to happen to me too. I believe it is the body's reaction to an increase in blood pressure due to anxiety. I still get sorta "warm" from time-to-time -- but I used to get very "hot" at times too. I believe your body will eventually work itself right. Good luck. Shannon
