I have had that from time to time just a very high pitched noise that's kinda just there!!! And then goes away!! Very strange, I thought humans couldn't hear noises like that lol.. I don't have answers on what it migt be just know your not alone and my roommate just said he has gotten it before too, so try not to worry it's probably just that damn anxiety playing tricks on you cause we all knows it like to scare us with physical symptoms.. :-)  and then we over analyze it cause that's what's we do

I'm glad!!! I could help :-) I know what is like to over analyze something to the point you convince yourself it actually is a problem!! I am beggining to think we as anxiety sufferers are pros at this lol...

yaa now im freakin out cause i cant hear that well in the ear..and i keep thinking im gonna get tinnitus or something..but i do agree we are pros in the art of freaking out

It's probaby just that you have been messing with it alot so now it hurts and is irratated and then you add fear to list with our brains capabilities to make us feel so strange and bad I am pretty sure that's all it is!!! I would suggest go do something!!! Do something to distract yourself and not think about it and try and not touch it and see if it helps..... Worst case go get a clean bill of health from an ENT doctor, if it won't go away!!
