accupressure to head to relieve pressure

When I feel an ache or itch at varied sots in my head, I use my knuckles to apply extreme pressure on scalp at the site for a second or two (and sometimes use slow breath control and stretching, simultaneously) there is a cracking, popping sound,sometimes 3 and four of them, and an instant relief of pressure, sometimes an allergic or histaminic reaction, like a sneeze, sometimes accompanied with cracking, grinding,of neck bones, or opening of vertibral spaces, a feeling of lenthening of the spine, pulling out of the segmental instability like a sudden lane-change.  I fell on my head @ 18, went to dr. 2 yrs later w/ lower back pain. Xrays showed one hip higher and more forward than the other, shoulder lower. Had a small fracture @ mid-thoracic vert, some 20 yrs later,car accident, side-whiplash,concussion and bruise-knot on top left side of head (10 yrs later) and a piggy-back ride gone bad when guy I was "riding" fell backward on top of me, head bounced-off the sidewalk, was bruised up 1 whole side body, cocussion (and NO Dr. vsits since I was 20!), Xrays now show 5 out of 7 cervicle disks compressed. Cant have surgery, what kind of specialist or therapies should I seek? Dont want narcotic pain meds-Is there life after back injuries? Or should I just be thankful I'm still alive??!! Im 51 now,have kept my same weight since high scool, 145 lbs.- can barely turn my head , just got on disability, worked hard all my life till now. What resources, support groups, lists of Drs. etc. are available for me find the help I need?
