Also discuss with your psychiatrist the possibility wellbutrin is causing the increased anxiety. It's usually used as a primary treatment for depression because it can be stimulating and aggravate anxiety. Have no idea if this is happening or why you're on it, but it's something to inquire about.
The clue there was what you wrote at the very end..... that you had both the swine flu jab and the normal sessional flu jab a week before this all started. Even though the jabs you are given are not live viruses they can cause the body to react and develop the flu. When you went off to the doc and they dignosed you with an enlarged sleen and raised liver levels this may of been because of your body fighting off both the viruses and your body was having to work hard to do this, which caused the reaction. You have to realise it can take 6 weeks or longer in some people to fully recover from even the flu jabs.... this mainly happens if you were run down or depleated of vitamins and or minerals, which is ironic because these jabs are mean't to protect those who have a weakened immune system in the first place.
I have known plenty of people who have had the swine flu jab and have become very poorly and had to take time off work and stay in bed for a week or two. My own father had both the swine flu jab and the normal sessional flu jab on the same day and really regreted it, he became very poorly and suffered badly with his chest.. he swears he will never have them again and yet he has had the normal sessional flu jab every year for the last 10years. So all i can gather is that it must of been the swine flu jab. This may be because our bodies have no immunity to this virus whether live or inactive and so is making people very ill.
You should start to feel better soon. Although i personally would go back and demand further tests done... good-luck and all the best

I think you have so many issues going on that the best thing you could do for yourself in get back with your doctor and go over these problems and quesitons with him/her. I am not qualified to tell you what may or may not be going on with you physically, but you obviously have a great deal of anxiety. An in-depth discussion with you doctor and a referral to a good therapist is my best advice.
