Health anxiety is a pain in the you know what.  I agree with Kristin; there are many of us here that have the exact same symptoms you have had.  In my opinion, you did the right thing by going to see the doctor.  I know it can be hard to sometimes put your trust in someone else when it involves your health.  Throughout all of this, have you ever recieved counseling for your anxiety?  I have seen so many people thrive with this once they decide to accept and confront it.

Keep on working at it...you WILL get there.  Keep us posted!

Hi Hun! I get exactly the same thing as you, I really do. I've had it going on for the past 10 years and the achey arm thing is very upsetting when presented with chest pain. I've started taking Magnesium and Vitamin B Complex which has made thngs a little bit better. We can sometimes result in anxious feeling when we are Magnesium deficient and Vit B Complex is great for the nervous system. Pls try it XX

P.S. There are so many ppl Laura that feel like you and I hun, please don't let it get you down XXXX
