Since you've been medically tested and had examinations and were found to be in good physical health then you may need to get into some talk therapy as well.      If the doctors all said you could begin some physical exercise without a problem then by all means start off slowly and work you way up to more intense exercise gradually.      You may be suffering from panic attacks and/or hypochondria and thus you continue to focus your attention on your body sensations.     Put trust in your doctors and allow yourself to start some physical movements without fear of anything happening.

Having a problem with anxiety makes us feel something really bad is happening to us like the heart problems you fear.  Fear and anxiety almost always go togther. We all develop different fears but yours is actually pretty common.  Anxiety almost always effects the heart at one time or another, in varying degrees, but usually enough to spark serious concern.
Keep in mind that anxiety itself can be a serious problem and needs as much attention as heart problems do.
You have seen a number of doctors but have you sought help for the anxiety? I would urge you to do so..ask one of your doctors for a referral.
Exercise is a great medicine for anxiety.  If your docs gave your heart the ok then start out slowly and build up to a good routine.
Anxiety over long periods can reak havoc on the body, and the heart especially, so don't be reluctant to do something about it.
Let us know how you make out.

For those of us with anxiety, heart anxiety is frequently part of the "bundle" that comes with it.
Your doctors have assured you that your heart is fine, but again, those of us with this type of anxiety find it difficult to accept. We're sure they've missed something, so the anxiety just builds.
Do you know what caused you to begin having anxiety a year ago? Was it perhaps the loss of someone you love to a heart attack? Did you begin to have chest pains? At your age I would say that it's pretty unlikely there is anything wrong with your heart.
I would suggest therapy to figure out where this anxiety came from and deal with it.
This may be kind of extreme, but if you really want to make sure your heart is fine, see a cardiologist for a stress test. Trust me, after THAT you will know your heart can take one hell of a cardio work out!
But the therapy will, by far, be the best work out for your peace of mind.
Also remember that getting in good shape and doing vigorous cardio work outs is going to keep your heart extremely healthy.........you will LESSEN your chances of a heart attack!
Let us know how you're doing, OK?
Peace
