We do see a counsellor and a pyschiatrist.  She is on medication.  (many of them in fact).
Unfortunately, she has hit a solid wall of fear and can't seem to break through.  Her medical team is one of the best; she just is afraid and they want her to work through it.  right now she wants me to commit her (yet again) so she can get the "right care".  After going through this twice already, I know this is not the way to go but I can't convince her of anything right now.  I am desperate.  She needs a friend her own age in the same area to talk to......anyone in the Phoenix area willing to share??????

HI
But ofcourse there is help! take her to the doctor and you can get a therapist to help you out...Its not uncommon to suffer from this in fact its normal to get anxiety or upset after a traumatic even, we are human beings and she is young..get her help ASAP to seek counselling or to get medication...she will be fine, just take care of this problem before it becomes bigger :)
