alcohol & alparazolam
If i take %25 milligram of alparazolam in the morning is it dangerous to drink one or more glass vodka at night? I usually take alcoholic drinks once in a month.
Alcohol potentiates alprazolam. However, the drug is short-acting, the dosage is very small, and you would not be taking it at the same time as alcohol, but half a day later. It does not sound dangerous but you should double-check with your pharmacist before you have anything to drink.
