all of a sudden...anxiety

Ok so right now I was doing my work in class and all of a sudden I got really dizzy and my eyes couldent really focus right all they wanted to do is shut. So I got up to throw my chips away and almost fell over because I couldn't stand up straight. When I sat back down I laid my head on the desk and boom I was so cold and had goosebums all over my body. Now im stil kind of dizzy. Can axiety do that? I wasn't even anxious about anything I was just doing my work but now im really scared and worried.

It could be the start of the flu, sometimes it has symptoms like this.

Yes, anxiety can sure do this, it can many things that are strange and scary to us. Maybe sub-consciously, you were concerned over your class work and it manifested itself like this.

If you keep feeling like this, maybe you should see your doctor, he will be able to set your mind at ease. Like I said, it could very well be the flu.
