als please help

okay guys i know i have anxiety but i dont think anxiety can cause the twitching all over my body cuz i can do a little bit of work and my arms muscles will start to twitch and the one in my lower left leg twitches all day never stops and ive have triped on the ground a couple of times just walking but anyways can anxiety cause my lower left leg muscle just twitch and jerk and move all day long i can just look at it and there it is movin and twitchin and i do the all over all day long they dont go away i have been on med for 4 weeks now for my anxiety called celexa and it has helped some of my other symptoms but not my twitching i twitch all over and the ones in my legs dont stop they go all day and i am freaking out i just wish they would go away but they wont and im scared can anyone tell me how anxiety can cause this twitching this bad i really need a logic explanation cuz im going nuts

And what does your doctor think all this twitching is being caused by? I'll assume you've informed him of it.
